Together with my colleagues I am involved in payroll administration and accountancy for the client. This means that we take care of everything concerning personnel administration. This includes advice regarding wages, but also employment law and everything that comes with it.
I am very interested in cross-border employment law. It happens that staff is employed in two different countries. That makes the story a bit more complex, but that is a challenge that I am happy to take on. Everything that you as an entrepreneur have to take into account, we include in the advice. If we can do that from the start, so when concluding the employment contract, then it also ties in nicely with the payroll administration.
For the entrepreneur, the total package is a great advantage. We really do this for the customer, so that they no longer have to worry about it. We notice that many Dutch people need this. Payroll administration is structured very differently in Germany and you have to take many things into account.
