Kristin Schenkel

Lawyer

Entrepreneurship is about seeing opportunities. Even across borders. This also applies to my clients and that is why I am involved in solving their legal challenges. I specialise in international civil and civil procedural law, construction law, architectural law, real estate law, contract law and company law. I have a special passion for real estate processes; from the moment of purchase, project development or construction to a possible split and sale. I think the dynamics in the real estate sector are fantastic. I also find international trade relations incredibly exciting. Cross-border contracts and procedures involving international regulations, such as the Vienna Sales Law or European civil and civil procedural law, are part of my daily work.

I studied law in the Netherlands and Germany and lived in both countries and worked on international cases. In the office, but also at home, I speak both languages. For me, the border is not a barrier. I want that for my clients and their business as well.
